Merry Christmas

The food truck competition was held on the last day before Christmas break. The theme: “If Mr. Niss and Mr. Rottinghaus were to allow one truck to be parked in front of the school every day, which one would you choose?” Marketing students then worked in pairs to create and market their food truck idea. This included picking the items to sell, choosing a color scheme, a logo, a slogan and a mission statement, and then making a menu. All entrepreneurs then created an ad to promote their business and placed the ads throughout the school. Students from both the elementary and the high school along with staff members voted on their favorite truck. Winners to be announced after break!

The seniors swept the staff this afternoon as we sent everyone off for the end of the semester. Have a great break, everyone!
