
On Tuesday our 6-12 students celebrated Earth Day by breaking into groups and working around Pawnee City to spruce up our town. We are proud of their hard work and hometown pride!

Out of all students in all Nebraska schools in all classes, 8 students were selected as the 2023 Believers and Achievers. Congratulations, Alex!! You make us proud!



The MUDECAS HS Track Meet has been POSTPONED until Monday. The bus will leave at the same (6:45 AM).
With this meet being moved until Monday the PC Invite that was scheduled for Tuesday has been CANCELLED.

Congratulations to our HS band and choir students on a successful day at District Music Contest. The band received a Superior Rating (all 1s from all 3 judges!) & the Choir received an Excellent Rating. If you have any photos from yesterday please email them to Mrs. Veleba. 8th grade Intro to Business class played the Mock-ups game. The goal is to be innovative by considering customer wants & needs with a specific constraint that must be overcome. These students spent the period solving problems for various types of customers & had a blast doing it!

This year Mrs. Lori Gyhra has four teams of golden readers. These students will compete in the Golden Readers competition at Peru State College on Friday, April 28. Good luck! 📚





3rd graders with Mr. Brumbaugh investigated how traits are passed down from parents to offspring by building clay creature offspring. Students worked together, compared their creatures, and observed how traits from the parents did, or didn't, show up in their offspring.
