On Friday the girls went up against EMF and lost with a score of 36-29.
On Tuesday, the boys started their week by facing HTRS. They won the game with a score of 62-33. They then went up against Southern and won the game with a score of 60-53. The Indians then faced EMF on Thursday and lost the game with a score of 59-73.
When Coach Hadley Sejkora was asked how the team did and what they needed to work on for next time, he replied, “It was nice to get 3rd place in the conference tournament. At times our defense looks really good. We need to continue to keep getting better and minimizing defensive breakdowns, especially towards the end of games when fatigue is setting in.”
