At the last home game this season, on October 10, the junior high football team faces Weeping Water. Pawnee City won with a score of 34-13, making their season record 3-3. When asked questions about the game, Coach Admundson replied, “The boys did a good job of limiting their mistakes and not beating themselves up, which gave us a better chance of winning. Our passing was great on offense and they made in-game adjustments very smooth – I could tell them to change something once and it’s done.”
When asked about their weaknesses, Coach replied, “I should have given them more time to work on our defense. It started slow but got better as we played more. Other than that, the boys did well overall and there weren’t many weaknesses on the team.”
