On Tuesday, October 1, the junior varsity volleyball team plays against Lourdes Central Catholic (LCC) at home. It was a tough game, going 1-1, with the Knights giving the final push. In the first set, LCC won 25-17, then PC with a close score of 26-24, and lastly LCC won 7-15.
When we asked our JV girls what they thought of the game and if they felt they played their best, Kailey Hartman replied, “I think that we played alright, but we definitely need to work on our teamwork and communication. It wasn't a super tough game and we definitely could have won.”
Ericca Gyhra followed this up with her own comments. “We did ok. It wasn't our best game, and it didn't go our way at all. It was a really tough game since we weren't communicating where we were on the court. I could have played better. Everyone had an off night and didn't do so well.”
