On Wednesday, September 25, the junior high volleyball team faces off against the Lewiston Tigers at Pawnee City. In the first game of the A-team, they won with a score of 25-9 in the first set and won the second set with a score of 25-8. The B-team won their game with a score of 25-8 in only one set.
When asked about the game, Coach Lisa Blecha said, “I thought the junior high girls served aggressively.”
Looking forward, Coach Blecha thinks they still need to work on passing and serve receive to help their setters out so they can run a good offense. Coach Blecha also said they will work on rotations and understanding their opposites for those rotations.
