Ms. Emily Agena is one of the many new teachers this year at Pawnee City School. When asked if she taught before, Ms. Agena said, “I have taught before. I taught 8th grade Science and Computer Science at Lefler Middle School in Lincoln.” She went to Sterling Public School and then went on to college at Concordia University in Seward, NE, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Middle-Level Science Education.
Ms. Agena commented on why she decided to teach in Pawnee City, “I wanted to teach at Pawnee City because I like the feel of a small school and the small-town community. I was also excited that I would get the opportunity to teach Life Science, which is my favorite subject to teach and learn about, and that I would be able to teach multiple grade levels.”
Welcome to Pawnee City School, Ms. Emily Agena!
