Lunch and Learn is a new program that Mrs. Lisa Blecha started this year. She had kids come to her office and sign up for the sessions that they were interested in on the first day of school.
When asked about Lunch and Learn’s first speaker, Mrs. Blecha said, “The speaker was John Koster, and he has many years of experience in the hospitality industry. His advice to our students was to take advantage of the opportunities available. He also stressed to kids that it is important to never give up.”
For the fall semester, we will have someone from the nursing field, seed sales (Beck's), and law enforcement. The next Lunch and Learn will be about nursing and will take place on October 19.
